Our rooms are available starting from 14:30 on the day of arrival. But in case of arrival in San Vito Lo Capo at a time before the check-in we will be at your disposal to immediately start your holiday! We will put at your disposal the baggage deposit, the toilet, the bicycle and the parking spot.
Our reception is open 24 hours, if you want to let us know your expected time of arrival, our staff can organize themselves to welcome you.
The apartments must be left before 10:30, but you can take advantage of our dedicated services in case of departure in the following hours.
For guests arriving and departing outside the check-in / out time, Albergo Auralba offers free parking, luggage storage, use of services and common areas with internet point, relax area, and courtesy shower.
The balance of services is adjusted upon arrival, but we will be at your disposal throughout your stay!
The accommodations are allowed in use for the number of people declared and previously agreed with the management, including children of all ages.
The variation of the number of people involves a change in the rates.
Auralba can not accommodate pets.
To take advantage of the daily cleaning it is important to vacate the apartment by 13:00.
Rates include the three-weekly supply of linen, with the first change on the 3rd day. Every extra change of linen has an additional cost, we do it for the respect of the environment first of all!
Rates include a parking space – standard size – for room in our garden with video surveillance.
We know that you do not want to give up your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo, but you can still cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
To confirm the stay will be charged a deposit equal to 30% of the cost (in the minimum of the value of the first two nights).
For cancellations or changes more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Except a different cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking.
For reservations made by credit card, the property reserves the right to pre-authorize the entire amount of the stay, or part of it, at any time before guests arrive.
If, as a result of the pre-authorization, the card is unsuitable to guarantee the reservation (due to insufficient credit or for any other reason), the property may cancel the stay if, within 24 hours from the communication to the customer of the card’s inability, you will not be given a valid credit card number from these.
NO SHOW POLICIES
In case of no-show the customer will be charged a total amount equal to 70% of the reservation amount, as compensation for damages of non-collection. This means no show of the client or the cancellation of the stay after 00:01 of the day of arrival.
