Breakfast is the most important moment of the day! A real daily menu is waiting for you to fill up on energy with genuine, non-industrial food, selected from local or Sicilian suppliers who respect the crops and seasons.

At the buffet you will not find bagged products: we definitely want to get rid of plastic and favour craftsmanship, so to leave you with a fragrant memory of your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo.

We bake delicious biscuits and cakes, we prepare them in our kitchen with ingredients that we personally choose, to which we add the baked goods delivered every morning by San Vito Lo Capo bakeries.
Only daily goodness, lots of fruit, fresh and dried, and also vegetables.

To the continental breakfast proposal, we add salads and savoury dishes that tell the story of the region every day.
And then space for eggs prepared according to our guests’ requests: boiled, poached, scrambled, all delicious and nutritious!
Breakfast is served daily from 08.00 to 11.00 but we also want to personalise this important time of day with two options for our travellers to choose from.

Early breakfast

On request you can anticipate your breakfast and it will be served at your preferred time with the products available.
The offer may not be complete, but you will still be able to enjoy a good breakfast.

Late breakfast

Our bar is open 24 hours a day.
You can always have breakfast with the day’s products and hot or cold drinks, even if you want to sleep a little longer!

Breakfast for sports people

A day in San Vito Lo Capo can be really exciting and challenging as you explore the surroundings on foot or by bicycle.
Before setting off to one of the nature destinations, you can recharge your batteries with a tailor-made breakfast.
On request our breakfasts, and bag lunches, can be tailored to the nutritional needs of athletes, and for an extra load of vitamins we also prepare pocket lunches with sandwiches, bananas and minerals!

Our staff has attended specific training seminars on ‘nutrition tailored to sports tourists’ conducted by the University of Palermo’s School of Specialisation in Food Science.

Aperitif with a sea view

The terrace where breakfast is served in the morning is available to guests throughout the day to breathe the sea breeze and admire the extraordinary colours of the sky and sea.
Take a moment for yourself with an aperitif overlooking the sea. We have chosen to offer you the experience of tasting wines that tell the story of terroir and indigenous grape varieties.

We prefer small wineries, those certified organic or those who produce natural wine.
In combination we offer you seafood platters, with tuna sausages, or land platters, with strictly Sicilian cheeses and cured meats.
