On holiday, breakfast is the favourite moment of the day. For us, the journey starts here, and doing it in a conscious way is even better.
At the breakfast buffet you won’t find bagged products because we avoid plastic and prefer handcrafted products.
Forget buffets that are the same every day: we choose to buy baked goods in the bakeries in San Vito Lo Capo and they are delivered to us in the morning, preferring a quality proposal such as artisan compotes, fresh eggs cooked on the spot in different ways, the cakes of the day baked in our kitchen, as well as arancine, typical almond cakes, and local ricotta cheese.
For fruit and vegetables, used at breakfast or lunchtime, we choose seasonal Passoladro products, with organic certification and strictly Sicilian, thanks to these natural goodness we prepare tasty and surprising sweet and savoury dishes. For a natural sweet refreshment we choose pomegranates and Cremisir products.

For our aperitifs we also choose zero-kilometre cured meats and cheeses, and for the labels we like to tell you about at sunset we prefer small winemakers or companies that share the same philosophy with us.

Our purchases have a positive impact on the community: we have eliminated disposable cutlery and plates or plastic straws. You will appreciate them and together we can generate a virtuous circle!

Networking to change the world.

We have always been supporters of events that protect the environment and are active promoters of sustainability-related initiatives.
We are among the founders of the NoMarineResort committee which, since 2019, has been fighting against the threats of cementing the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, representing an independent and authoritative voice in the change of intensive tourism approach.
We are part of the Associazione Operatori Turistici Sanvitesi (AOTS), for us a space for confrontation and protection of the core values of our work and also a guarantee for our town.
With AOTS we have promoted the purchase of reusable water bottles and the distribution of drinking water fountains.
You can refill your water bottle in our bar, or at the points indicated on the map, safely.

One less rearrangement, one more tree

To big slogans, we prefer concrete actions. We have always supported reforestation projects.
And to do this, for the past few years we have chosen UP2You, a start-up that allows us to plant a tree for every room rearrangement not carried out, at the travellers’ choice. It’s not about giving up comforts, but about living consciously with the impact on the environment while travelling.
In just a few years we have planted hundreds of trees!

We are committed to passing on news, events and routes to our guests, convinced that the holiday experience starts with experiencing places in a conscious and, above all, personalised way.
