Conditions of stay

Our rooms are available from 14:30 on the day of arrival. But if you arrive in San Vito Lo Capo at an earlier time than the check-in time, we will be at your disposal to start your holiday immediately! Our reception is open 24h, if you wish to let us know your estimated time of arrival, our staff will be able to organise the best way to welcome you.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m., but you will be able to take advantage of our dedicated services in the event of departure in the following hours.
For guests arriving and leaving outside check-in/out times, Albergo Auralba offers free car parking, luggage storage, use of services and common areas, relaxation room and courtesy shower.
The balance of services is settled on arrival, but we will be at your disposal throughout your stay!

Reservation and cancellation policies

We know you won’t want to give up your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo, but you can still cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
 Upon confirmation of your stay a deposit of 30% of the cost will be charged (in the minimum amount of € 100,00).
For cancellations or changes later than 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained. This is without prejudice to any different cancellation policy indicated during the booking process.
For bookings confirmed by credit card, the property reserves the right to pre-authorise the entire amount of the stay, or part thereof, at any time prior to the arrival of guests. If, following pre-authorisation, the card is found to be unsuitable to guarantee the reservation (due to insufficient credit or other reason), the property may cancel the stay if, within 24 hours of informing the customer of the unsuitability of the card, a valid credit card number is not provided by the customer.

No-show policies

In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged a total of 70% of the booking, as compensation for the no-show. A no-show is defined as the client not showing up or cancelling the stay after 00:01 on the day of arrival.
