In our hotel, we have chosen to offer gourmet experiences to guests who love to get to know places also through gastronomic expression, and we do this right from breakfast with a fresh and varied proposal.
Our terrace, overlooking the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, is the perfect place to enjoy carefully selected zero-kilometre products, favouring the artisanal aspect.

We like to tell the stories behind a flavour, a scent. You can try the products of our land as soon as you wake up or choose the gourmet experience that best suits your holiday such as a fresh, personalised takeaway lunch prepared in the morning.
At sunset we suggest you to taste the seafood boards, for a journey through the history of tuna processing and preservation, or the land boards to enjoy the long tradition of cheese and cured meats, to be paired with an organic wine.
